Our Story
Stonemark Development is a family-owned residential land development company based in Delaware. For three generations, the Buescher family has been transforming raw land into thriving communities where families put down roots.
What started as a small homebuilding operation has grown into a full-service development company with expertise spanning land acquisition, entitlements, site development, and infrastructure. We've developed hundreds of lots across the state — from coastal communities near Lewes to growing neighborhoods in Middletown and Dover.
Our approach is simple: treat every parcel like it's in our own backyard. That means thoughtful planning, quality infrastructure, and a genuine commitment to the communities we help create.
